Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags (when applicable).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Because some products are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners, the return address may vary depending on the product purchased. If your return request is approved, Angel Avenue will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.
Please follow the return instructions provided by Angel Avenue to ensure your return can be processed correctly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.shopangelavenue@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can work quickly to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Certain personal care products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable products

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
